In addition to S.A.D.S Ltd standard terms and conditions of contract for services the following terms are in place for domain name registration;
Key Terms
All domains are renewed on an annual basis (unless specified), we will send out a reminder renewal invoice 60 days prior to expiry. We will send the invoice to the email address on the account, it is the registrant’s responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us when receiving your invoice or with at least a minimum of 1-month notice before your domain expires by emailing us at support@sads.com. Alternatively, you can set your domain to auto renew by emailing your request to support@sads.com. Domains will be auto renewed 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring, however you will be invoiced 60 days in advance. Please contact support@sads.com to enquire about your renewal fees.

Our office hours are 8:30am -5:30pm, outside of office hours please email us with your enquiry. We will respond to all points of contact within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues you have within 5 business days.
Report Abuse
If you wish to report abuse such as phishing, scams etc., please contact us at support@sads.com we will investigate your complaint immediately and respond in writing within 5 days.
Complaints
Complaints should be made in writing via email to support@sads.com, your complaint will be acknowledged with 24 hours. Should you be unhappy with the initial outcome of your complaint, then you can escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here: http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure.
However, we ask that in the first instance you contact us to resolve the issue.
