S.A.D.S. IT Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions for our ‘Refer and Earn’ scheme:

  • To make a valid referral, you must complete the webform at www.sads.com/refer-and-earn.
  • Please note that only referrals submitted through www.sads.com/refer-and-earn page will qualify.
  • To qualify, the Referred company must sign up with SADS for IT support services within 6 weeks of referral.
  • Referrals will only be eligible if the Referred company is NOT already in conversation with SADS via any other channel.
  • There is only ONE discount reward for each Referred company/organisation referred.
  • Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own franchisee or a new location of a group that is already an existing customer.
  • There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in our “Refer and Earn” scheme.
  • The Referrer may be named in communication between SADS and the Referred company.
  • Referral discounts will only be issued for valid referrals once the Referred company has signed an IT Support contract to become a SADS client and settled their first annual invoice or first monthly invoice/direct debit payment if choosing to pay monthly.
  • Referral discounts will be applied to your monthly IT Support invoice within 45 days of the annual/first monthly invoice being settled by the referred company.
  • The Refer and Earn 50% discount can only be used ONCE against an IT Support Service invoice. Should the discount amount exceed your monthly IT Support invoice, any excess funds may not be carried over, however, this is subject to SADS discretion.
  • All payments are discretionary. SADS reserves the right to change discount value in the future.
  • To qualify for the personal Referral Thank You – referrals must come from the same individual contact.
  • The SADS “Refer and Earn” scheme is available to all IT support customers.
  • In the event of a Referrer not receiving the referral discount a claim must be raised for consideration within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible.
